Guys check this out!! Ok to all my men out there, news is out testosterone levels are at the lowest they’ve ever been. Low testosterone contributes to so much more than just s*x drive!

Just a quick reminder that abundance isn’t limited to monetary status.

Abundance in health and happiness comes from having true gratitude for life.

I don’t really make New Years resolutions, and this year was no different but what I did do is start the year off with an amazing conversation around what gratitude means and I’ve applied it everyday so far in 2022.

I’m grateful for a body that I CAN move everyday that carries me through challenges, joy and even spaces of discomfort. I’m grateful that I have the ability to CHOOSE how I treat myself.

It’s easy and hard all at the same time too!

It’s about this time of January that I hear of failed attempts at resolutions or feelings of defeat that things aren’t going as planned. But that’s the thing there’s the power of choice.

Choosing to acknowledge how far you’ve come or the successes that you’ve had in whatever goal or resolution that was laid out, will only continue to bring abundance.

So LFG!! To gratitude, health and happiness and the abundance that comes with it✨💜✨💜

Only a fraction of favorite pics and mems of 2021. As wacky as this year has been for many, it’s been by far a transformative one for me. Sent off to college, married , had some major growth turning 16. It really was amazing. That being said I’m super ready for 2022 and walking into this next chapter of life with my partner as we grow our businesses and lives together. Cheers to us 🥂 and cheers to you 🥂

I heard an amazing quote recently “what’s predictable is preventable” Just think of how many ways this can be applied to daily life.

Often we let life control us. Essentially giving up our power. Then it’s the spiral downward or the guilt, sadness etc.

The reality though is things don’t always go as planned even when we’ve so strategically arranged every last detail. Be compassionate with yourself, and realistic.

Hold yourself accountable.
Ask for what you want AND what you need.

When we give our power up or find reasons why we are not getting things we are striving for it’s time to re-evaluate. Are your expectations for yourself or for others realistic and manageable? What is predictable is preventable. Take action.

Strength comes in the pause.
⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️

Hands down I, and my clients will probably agree, sitting at the bottom of a squat holding more than what you weigh is hard. Hard AF to be honest. Longest 3 sec ever. It’s also arguably where strength is built. Pressing up out of the bottom, when all you can say is “how the F am I gonna do this”?? And sometimes you don’t, but mostly you do.

💎It’s also in this pause where we learn. We learn how to be kind to ourselves. That it’s ok to fail, it’s ok for things to be hard and it’s also ok to succeed.

💎Resiliency is developed through pushing through those uncomfortable spaces. The pause is stepping back to reflect.

💎Try this today: Sit in quiet and listen to your breath. Sit in the pause. Set a timer for just 1 min. It goes by fast I promise. But notice how you feel. Is it nurturing or is it possibly uncomfortable????
