When I created the Etherine Tansimore Scholarship, my goal was to honor my beautiful and incredible mother, who dedicated over 30 years of her life to serving the community as a nurse. 👩‍⚕️💙 She was the neighborhood mom—kind, selfless, and always ready to help. Being her son is one of my greatest blessings.

Last year, we awarded our first scholarship, and this year, we’re thrilled to award two more scholarships! 🎓✨ This scholarship supports low-income high school seniors with a 2.5 GPA who aspire to pursue careers in the medical field. 🩺👩🏽‍⚕️🩻

This year, I was deeply honored to receive a citation from Councilwoman Cindy Bass () in the Philadelphia City Council for my philanthropic efforts. 🙏🏽📜 This recognition means the world to me, my family, and my mother’s lasting legacy. Thank you for highlighting this mission and helping us inspire the next generation of medical professionals.
