Hey there, I’m Pat Miller, “The Singing Relaxologist”. I have personally experienced how stress and trauma can effect you life on multiple levels. It can show up in your physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual bodies and can leak out into your community, effecting those you love. It is my passion to bring the healing ways of indigenous Peru to you, to help release the stress, trauma, and BS (belief systems) that keep you from being your most authentic self. It is my mission to help you bring your most authentic voice into being. For almost 20 years I have studied and lived a rich practice of deep Shamanic healing. Initially working in the traditions of the Q'ero people of the Andes and more recently training with the Shipibo people of the Jungles of Peru. I have so much respect and gratitude for my teachers I have come to know over the years. Now I have the opportunity to weave all of these beautiful elements together with over 20 years experience as a massage therapist and energy healer. Can’t wait to see you soon!

“Pat is a talented healer who is deeply concerned with the well being of her clients. Her kind and gentle manner puts her clients immediately at ease enabling them to ground and center themselves. With a true passion for her vocation, Pat works with integrity, to help her clients restore natural balance in their lives. It’s been my honor and privilege to work with Pat over the years. She is truly a gifted and loving spirit.” - Donna Juzva

I Am Never Alone

My companions are trees and rocks,
Mountains and streams.
They welcome me, embrace me.
They speak with their deep wisdom and kind hearts.

The Earth herself rises up to meet my feet.

We share breath, we share song,
We weave energy together.

I offer myself in service,
They offer themselves in support.
We are a symbiotic team.

How’s this for a fitness daily routine… let’s call this stealth fitness.

Upon waking take 5 minutes to breathe deeply, and stretch any way that feels good to your body. If you can bring yourself to make a sound during some of those breathes do it.

Every time you use the toilet spend and extra minute or so doing 10 good quality squats at least down to the toilet seat. By the end of the day I bet you’ve done between 60 - 100 squats.

If you to take baths, everytime you get out of the tub put both hands on the sides of the tub and extend your legs. Do 5-10 (or to failure) tricep presses before getting out of the tub. If you take long soaks, like I like to, that might give you 5 to 30 tricep presses, because you might get out of the tub more than once after you’ve gotten in. Hint, you can bend your knees if you need the legs to hold more body wait.

If you’re waiting in line at a store, choose an appropriately heavy item in your cart and do bicep curls with both arms. (Gallon of water or something) do as many reps as you have time for.

If you’re at a bus stop, lean against the bench with your hands and do pushups while you wait. Or do planks or do a bench burpees. Walk around the bus stop until the bus arrives.

During a short brake in your day take 15-20 minutes to move in some way, dance, walk, bike, do jumping jacks, run, do step touches, squat jumps, go up & down stairs or god forbid burpees… whatever floats your boat and change it up.

Before bed take another 5 minutes to breathe deeply and stretch in anyway that feels good to you.

By the end of the day, you’ve taken probably at least 30 minutes or more to do things that help strengthen your body, calm your nervous system and help boost your serotonin and dopamine levels to improve your mood. and, you did it without having to carve out extra time to make a special trip. Now, I’m not saying, don’t go to fitness classes or a gym, because you can make much more progress by doing that. This however, will keep you moving and do do it in an easy way that you can do when you’re schedule doesn’t allow for that extra time in the gym.g d

Trees have an intelligence. A tree may have as many as 3,000 chemicals in its phytohormonal vocabulary. Like us, they produce neurotransmitters: dopamine, serotonin, and glutamate. They have memories of a sort and seem to learn. They are conscious of their bodies in space. And yes, they experience pain.

Love this. This is acknowledging the Pacha, the land as a teacher, healer and wise being. The history it holds, the memories.

In a rare moment of global clarity, Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize have united to safeguard one of Earth’s last ancient sanctuaries — the Mayan jungle.
This isn’t just a forest. It is a 13-million–acre living archive of memory — where jaguars roam untouched pathways, where the breath of the trees becomes the breath of the world. Scientists call it a climate stabilizer. The Maya called it a temple of life.
For years, deforestation and exploitation threatened to silence this green heartbeat. But instead of surrendering, these nations did something extraordinary — they chose cooperation over competition.
This tri-national alliance is more than conservation — it is restoration. A return to an understanding our ancestors lived by: that land is not a resource to be owned, but a relationship to be honored.
Hidden beneath the emerald canopy, ancient ruins still whisper how humanity once walked in rhythm with the Earth. By protecting this sacred biome, we aren’t just saving trees — we are preserving wisdom.
Because when nations come together to defend life, they don’t just protect a forest —
they protect the future.

Good morning friends! I have a question...
Are any of my many wellness practitioner friends wanting to book retreats in the US or abroad? I have a lot of experience with creating itineraries and booking travel for groups. Would my help be something you would be. interested in?

Depending on the trip, and the organizers needs I can also accompany a group to provide cooking or various ceremony options, depending on what you are looking to program.

Our Story

Spirit Flight Sacred Journey was born out of the Life long journey of Patricia Miller. She has actively sought out a variety of healing modalities over the years and continues on a journey of healing, awakening and helping all to show their Divine Hearts to the world.

Through deep and healing work in the Shamanic traditions of the Andes Mountains of Peru, she found a home and grounding for her practices. In her continuing awakening she has embraced the channeling of the Cosmic Heart’s Light/Love Languages. The purpose of this Heart felt vocalization is to bring activation to the Cosmic-Divine Heart within each of us. It serves to awaken and deepen our awareness that we are all ultimately one.

“Music and movement has always been in the foreground of my life.” With that deep connection to sound vibrations Pat has taken an intuitive approach to sound healing therapy weather in a group or private session she can bring about deep meditative journey states that allow you to explore and clear your energy body. Helping you to connect to a deeper, richer understanding of self and through that, a deeper understanding and compassion for the world around you that is all part of the One that we all are.

Pat Miller also offers Goddess Dance: A moving meditation into the Divine Feminine. As we center and dance we move into ourselves spiraling deeper into our depth and connecting with intention to our Divine Sacred Womb & Heart. This is where we can unleash our passion and ecstasy through playful movement.
