The seasons change, and so do I.
Sometimes, the shorter days paint my world in shades of gray. The chill seeps into my spirit, whispering of loneliness and lethargy. That's when I remember SAD is real, and my brain needs a little extra light.
But then, spring arrives. The sun warms my cheeks, and the flowers are a riot of color. My energy returns, and hope dances in my step. Change is in the air, reminding me that even after the coldest winter, life finds a way to bloom again.
Just like the seasons, I am a work in progress. There are brilliant days and stormy ones. But through it all, I'm learning to find the light, even in the shadows.
