A month from tomorrow I set out on a journey that has so much weight. This trip far away from my life/family/business has to opportunity to change our lives in so many extraordinarily positive ways. I am heading to Seattle for over a week to train as an official DONA doula trainer to be able to give education to aspiring doulas that leads towards certifications/careers and to attend the Summit to further my education and skill in a craft that I hold so dear. While I recognize how hard I have worked and all that I have accomplished to receive such an honor, imposter syndrome is real y’all…
Expect a bake sale as soon as all these babies are safely here because opportunity is expensive. But so very worth it!
