Centered Family Health Clinic is Now offering Semaglutide (generic Ozempic) injections, for In-Clinic Injections OR at-home prescription. Initial Consultation is $425 for home prescription OR $325 for In-Clinic (Low dose protocol) weekly injections. This will include the initial consultation appointment, labs and first month of Semaglutide.

Continued monthly price of Semaglutide will be $250/month for IN-CLINIC (low dose protocol) weekly injections OR $400/month for home prescription of weekly injections. Price includes all follow up appointments, labs, medication and supplies.
