I'm a fiance, mother of 2 girls, and animal lover. We have dogs, horses, cows chickens, and cats. I am a Certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist. A little bit about me: In April 2014 I started my health and fitness journey because I needed to lose the baby weight. I was becoming depressed more each day and knew something needed to be done so I could feel better about myself and my body. I knew the gym was out of the question because I work 40+ hours a week and I am a full time single mom. That is when I was introduced to Insanity. Insanity changed my life completely. I have lost 35 pounds since starting my journey, but still struggle from time to time because I am human. I now help individuals lose weight and become the best version of themselves through proper nutrition and exercise. No weight loss gimmick here-- just hard work and results! Being a busy momma I know the health of my family and I is vital, which is why I love living a natural way of life. If I can use essential oils instead of prescription drugs and over the counter meds then I'm all for it! Not only is our health important, so is our 4-legged family members, which is why I ensure I use the most Pure Therapeutic grade oils. As a horse owner, I know how much owners put their horses through endless work and training, which can hinder the horses performance. Through massage; tension and adhesions are broken up by using a series of different strokes. Massage can increase circulation and oxygen to the area, the body will naturally remove toxins and tension from the affected areas leaving the horse feeling more relaxed, in less pain, and able to perform better than before. The combination of sweet honey, velvety vanilla extract, and lush semi-sweet chocolate chips creates an indulgence that satisfies your dessert cravings while still staying vegetarian-friendly. 🍯🌱 With just the right touch of sea salt to balance the flavors, these bars are a delight for your taste buds. 😋❤️

HOMEMADE GRANOLA BARS (8 servings)
1 cup peanut butter, unsalted
2/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet
3 tbsp pumpkin seeds, unsalted

Directions:
➡️ Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.

➡️ In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt, until smooth.

➡️ Add the oats, chocolate chips and pumpkin seeds. The mixture might seem dry at first, but keep stirring and it'll come together. Stir to combine and press firmly into the pan. Use a second piece of parchment paper and the back of a measuring cup to help flatten the mixture.
➡️ Chill for at least 1 hour, then slice into bars.

The holidays are upon us, but it doesn't mean it's a time to slack off! Staying active and fit is crucial this time of year so come join the fun!

The important thing to do is schedule your workouts on a calendar the same as you do for work or other events you attend. (This is how I created the schedule and I still plan to do all the Christmas festivities with my family when I don't teach class!)

Pricing is as follows:

🎊 Drop in rate is $10 per class

🎊 Bootcamp only is $45 for the month

🎉 Unlimited Classes is $65 for the month (more bang for your buck! Plus, you can come any class of the week NOT just on Monday or Wednesday!)

Weekday classes starts at 6pm.
Saturday classes starts at 9am.
