Drum Major Bill Barclay entertaining crowds with a Mace flurish as he led the combined Pipe Bands on the march back through Ballater. This was at the end of the 2024 Ballater Highland Games, as the bands marched back into Ballater to finish and this is slowed down during the flourish to see the technique.

Drum Major is Bill Barclay is a master of the Mace and part of Towie Pipe Band. A Scottish mace is often made of Malacca wood or cane and is very flexible, bending and springing back on the catches.

Unicorn blender recipe for you!

The other day, I made myself the infamous Unicorn Blend Roller because it is full of emotional supporting oils that make me feel like I can do anything. It pulls me out of a slump, it makes me feel good, and it smells amazing.

Unicorn Roller Blend
Ingredients:
10 ml glass roller
10 drops Frankincense
10 drops Stress Away
10 drops Valor
10 drops Bergamot
10 drops Orange

Instructions:
Add in all oil drops
Fill the rest with a carrier oil
Put on roller and top
Shake and Enjoy!
You can apply to wrists, over the heart, neck, or onto your vita-flex points.
