Pediatric water safety is always top of mind, whether it’s pool time, bath time, or outdoor play.

Here are a few important tips to help keep your child safe around water:

✅ Always supervise , Never leave a child unattended, even for a moment.
✅ Use bright-colored swimwear ,Neon orange, yellow, and green improve visibility.
✅ Install barriers , Fences and locks around pools can prevent unsupervised access.
✅ Teach water safety early ,Start swim lessons when developmentally appropriate.
✅ Avoid distractions , Put phones away and keep eyes on the water.

Creative Ways to Encourage Kids to Drink More Water

Staying hydrated is important for growing kids—and with a little creativity, it can even be fun! Here are some easy and playful ideas to help your child choose water more often:

– Infuse water with slices of fruits like strawberries, lemons, or oranges.
