Meet our Administrator - Phillip Britt. A native of Lumberton, Phillip got an early start on his path to healthcare, shadowing his mother who spent her entire career in long term care. Phillip received his B.S. in Biological Sciences from North Carolina State University and his Master's of Healthcare Administration from Ashford University. Having experienced healthcare through the eyes of both a family member and an operator, Phillip leads with a "resident first" mentality. With a proven record of high quality outcomes and over 12 years in the industry, he is excited to lead the team at Carrolton of Lumberton and provide the local area with the highest standard of care. Phillip is also a proud husband and father and is excited to live, work, and play in Lumberton! Welcome to the Carrolton family, Phillip!

Latest Update: We are getting that much closer to opening our doors to the residents of Robeson County. The furniture has been delivered. We have started hiring our care team. Stay tuned for updates on our upcoming open house. We can't wait for you to make Carrolton of Lumberton your home!

Update: We are making amazing progress at the Carrolton of Lumberton. All new light fixtures, carpet, and hardwood flooring. Beautiful stone fireplaces. We cannot wait to finish this project and re-open our home to the residents of Robeson County.
