Ignite + Renew is a 75-minute class that blends together 60 minutes of rigorous vinyasa flow with 15 minutes of sweet, sweet relaxation. 😌

We'll start with a challenging and dynamic vinyasa class that focuses on alignment + breath with the goal of encouraging your creativity and renewing both body + mind. We'll then transition to a Restorative Yin practice with slower movements and longer holds that will help slow the mind's chatter and help you cultivate an energetic balance.

It's the perfect way to start off a new year, igniting the fire within and renewing our body + mind in preperation for all the magic 2024 has in store for us!

✨ Ever meet someone and immediately feel like you’ve known them forever and forget to introduce yourself?

🥴Me too😆Life has been Lifing for sure!

My name is April May Gair. April is fine, but don’t fight the urge to call me April May, lots of people do haha I’ve embraced it!

I was born the youngest of twelve siblings, already an aunt to my older nephews. It was interesting growing up with so much authority 😂 Yes, they referred to me as “Auntie April” in public and even still to this day! I think it’s safe to say I’ve embraced that too 🥰

Southern raised, I was born In New Orleans, LA around lots of family and tradition, culture, great food & community. 🧡 Moved to Florida young and we found an amazing life there too! Fell in love with the beach, photography, storytelling, books, music, entrepreneurship & volleyball.

Maryland has been one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen 🍂🍁 My family has created a wonderful life here this far and met so many amazing people along the way!

I am the artisan behind every Maylee candle, body mousse/butter, body scrub, handcrafted h**p wick, h**p smudge stick, and cement vessel

My passion for candle making started about 4 years ago. After constant mystery headaches and migraines I discovered it was the candles I was burning. Went down a rabbit hole studying everything I could, testing recipes, curating my own blends, sharing them with my family and my love for aromatherapy was born, right there in my kitchen

✨the creativity lead me to create a safer candle to use for me and my family

✨the business came when I realized this wasn’t an exclusive problem to me

✨🕯️Stepping into instructing this year has been incredible! A dream come true! Sharing my love for candle making with others is so special to me and I don’t take it for granted 🧡🧡 The mindful candle making experience is growing and getting better. I’m still learning so much in this entire process and I’m grateful 🧡✨
