Better Late Than Never — Celebrating Zach Glaser

If you know Zach, you know he's not one to seek the spotlight. In fact, he stepped into his new role as Director of Procurement back in July, and true to his style, he's been quietly making an impact ever since.

As one of SurgiShop's very first employees, Zach has been part of every chapter in our journey: from a single location with one team member to the thriving company we are today. Over the past several years, he's worn many hats — Warehouse Manager, Director of Operations, and now, Director of Procurement.

For Zach, success isn't measured only by big milestones. It's found in the day-to-day wins: removing roadblocks, refining processes, and ensuring both our team and our customers have exactly what they need to succeed. In this role, he continues to be a key driver of customer success — whether through strategic cost savings, maintaining optimal stock levels, or sourcing solutions for unique client needs.

Outside of work, Zach dreams of one day running a small farm and selling flowers, plants, and vegetables at local markets — a goal we know he'll pursue with the same dedication and thoughtful care he brings to SurgiShop every day.
