In 2023, Taylor was diagnosed with PSC (primary sclerosing cholangitis), a progressive autoimmune disorder which caused liver damage. On April 28th, Taylor received a liver donation from a deceased donor. Taylor has a long road to recovery, but God has been so grateful to provide!

So proud of my TJ πŸ’š

Doctors, nurses, and the physical therapist have said Taylor is doing so well and are saying they can’t believe his transplant was just on Monday!! He is doing such an awesome job following this big surgery!πŸ’ͺ🏼

Please continue praying for his recovery journey.πŸ™πŸΌ

Please also pray for the family of the donor. Though we are celebrating life, they are grieving a loss.πŸ’”

HE DID ITπŸ’ͺ🏼

I am so so beyond proud of my Taylor for getting through his transplant surgery today!!πŸ’š

We woke up to a beautiful sunrise and spent time in prayer to get ready for the day. We know God has planned every. single. detail. He continued to prove that as the doctors performed this surgery we have prayed for for so long. β˜€οΈ

He was in surgery for about seven hours today and he will now have some recovery time here at the hospital. Doctors said he is in incredible shape for such a major surgery and there were zero problems! πŸ’ͺ🏼

THANK YOU for helping us get here, for all the love and prayers, and for making yourselves available to us in so many ways. This is the biggest step in overcoming this disease and I can’t believe he has accomplished this!! As you continue to pray for us, please pray for Taylor’s comfort as his body heals, for his body to accept the transplant with no issues, and for him to continue to feel the strength he needs to recover. πŸ™πŸΌ

Our Lord is so good and faithful and we are singing our hard-fought hallelujah!!!πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š

Happy Easter from us!🐣✝️🩷

We are very thankful to celebrate a risen Savior who made the ultimate sacrifice. Because of this, we have hope in eternity in paradise with no sickness, tears, or pain.

Thank you, Jesus🩷

🐰This Easter Sunday, take a cue from these bunnies and give yourself a break.

It’s okay to skip the egg hunt or say no to plans if you’re not feeling up to it. Fatigue is real and can be difficult to manage. Be kind to yourself and take the day at your own pace. πŸ’›

This World Liver Day 2025, we're shining a light on Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC for short) β€” a rare and complex liver disease still often called β€œthe last black box in hepatology.”

While research has come a long way in recent years, there’s still no cure or effective treatment for PSC. The need for progress is urgent β€” and you can be part of the change.

I’ve been listening to this song a whole lot lately! πŸ”₯

This journey has taught me so much about relying on the Lord and knowing that He is in this with us, He cries with us, He celebrates with us, and He is all the strength we need to keep going. πŸ’ͺ🏼

If you haven’t heard the full song, definitely give it a listen!🎧
