Well this has been quite the impactful journey and blessing to lead JHC for over ten years. 2026 will be my last at the helm and as I look back, there have been a ton of folks who have helped me along the way including some amazing people I have worked with at Johnson Health Center. I will move into my Impact2Lead consulting gig full-time in 2027 and work with other organizations and individuals to help unleash more potential. In the meantime, we will continue down the path to make JHC the provider, partner and employer of choice in our region and I look forward to helping transition the new leader in to take this to another level.
