When thinking about self care, we often jump to things like massages and pedicures. However, when we incorporate self care as an intentional life style and recognize it for the priority it is, it can help to realign mood. An intentional mindful moment can slow the chaos of the day. We are entering the season of magical light shows; free self care. A 10 minute pause each day to lose yourself in a sunset as it happens is the beginning of an intentional practice that helps to regulate mood and reduce anxiety.
