Flu Advisory

We are currently seeing an increase in flu cases in our community and local hospitals. To help keep everyone safe, we strongly encourage wearing a mask while in our facility.

Help prevent the spread of the flu:
• Get your annual flu shot
• Wash your hands frequently
• Wear a mask in crowded indoor areas
• Stay home if you are feeling unwell
• Cover coughs and sneezes

Happy Memorable Moment Monday!

Congratulations to our November employee of the month, Maxine Duncombe. Maxine is our weekend wound care nurse and does an incredible job treating our resident's wounds. Our residents and family members really appreciate the nursing care that Maxine provides. In addition to doing an amazing job taking care of our resident's wound care, she is also more than willing to jump in and help out on a medication cart when needed. Maxine has also been a huge help during the week by picking up shifts to help with staffing needs. We appreciate Maxine and all she does for our residents and the facility. Congratulations Maxine!

We are proud to highlight Miranda Taylor, a nurse whose heart for others shines just as brightly as her clinical skills. Miranda recently showed an extraordinary level of compassion when she came in on her day off to celebrate a resident’s birthday. Moments like this show exactly who Miranda is.
