I wanted to update real quick - after much thought, deliberation and number crunching I have decided to not look for a new location in Machias at this time. Our current lease is up in April, and with the increasing prices, having two locations is becoming more and more difficult. It is also a lot of extra mental load and traveling, and we all know wellness should be priority. Having one office will allow me to be more present and focused, and also put more energy into that location to offer different and new services.

I will be finishing up the next two weeks in Machias, with my last day April 21st, and then will be in Jonesport full time

I will still be able to do home visits, and possibly collaborate with other places to have pop ups in different towns like Milbridge, Jone sboro, Machias and Lubec.

A HUGE thank you to everyone I've seen in Machias and I hope to see you all in Jonesport!
