What I been working on this past weekend. Our car, The Roush. Removed the old mid mount turbo system and installed the new Vogen Industries V2 top mount system my buddy Travis made for us! Getting the car ready for Mod Nationals!!! Speaking of which, that will be October 16-19. I will be closed during that time. This is the race I have had the pleasure of attending since the beginning and have always had my son Daniel by my side for it! !!!! Daniel is much better, beating leukemia every day and is currently no evidence of disease!!!! This is important to me and I’m gonna make sure Daniel and I are there!!!! Let’s get it 🇺🇸🇺🇸

ModNationals is right around the corner! I have had the pleasure of being able to attend this race since its inception! This is also the highlight race I look forward to every year! Justin Young has always done a phenomenal job with this and I wouldn’t miss it for anything! If you can you need to make it on down to South Georgia motorsport Park for this event October 16 through the 19th! Be there 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Been nonstop! Went in yesterday and we knocked out a Procharger installation with an ATI balancer, and Procharger crank support system as well. Done!!! My buddy David Hemmings came in for his first day with me and we got it done! Picked up another customer’s car today as well. I’m home now and working off a few hours sleep, so with that being said, if I don’t answer my phone just leave a message…I’ll probably be crashing out here in a few lol. D&G Racing let’s get it 🇺🇸🇺🇸

I’d like to welcome Evan Carr to the team here at D&G Racing! He will be handling a lot of the more simple tasks here and moving up as time progresses! I will be interviewing another gentleman tomorrow for the more experienced position I’ll be filling as well. D&G Racing, I built this business and I’ll keep this business going! Let’s get it 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Just some of the cars we have gotten knocked out and currently working on. Replaced a 10r in one along with doing an alignment. Got the engine and transmission assembly out of another here, getting a Whipple, opg and cs, headers, clutch, fuel system. Got another one, engine built, turbos hung, intercooler mounted. Have three cars here for clutches, two of which are also getting Calimer transmissions. Finished up another for a N2mb wot box and 10rstager. And another repeat customer for service. We have many more here to finish up and start on. Many more appointments set as well. Super busy and I’m grateful for it! As always, let’s get it 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Well, things have been extremely busy at the shop. Which I’m super happy about! I got some news today though, two of my guys will be leaving after this week. Everything is good, Jamir just wants to take another try in the dealership world and I give him my blessings, you don’t know unless you try, so good for him and best of luck.
Now, here’s the one that I didn’t expect. My guy Jeremy, who has been with me for 2 years now, just told me he has to leave due to medical reasons. Basically, he cannot do this line of work anymore. He’s a veteran of 22 years, 8 tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan! He’s not an employee, he’s literally a brother to me! And a fu***ng badass! Losing him is sad, but I completely understand and support his decision. You have one body, take care of it! And that’s exactly what Jeremy is doing! I commend him 100 percent!
With that being said, I have an extremely busy business and I have to tend to it, it is my livelihood and how I take care of my family. So, I already hired a replacement for Jamir and he starts Monday. Now, I have to find somebody who is as efficient and is as thorough and has the go get it attitude, the work ethic, and especially the experience as Jeremy. That’s gonna be a hard one. I am very very picky. I do run a tight ship and I expect my guys to do exactly what I say and how I say it, it is my business. But I’m not an ass about it. Unless you’re a f**k up lol.
So, with everything that has been said here just bear with me as we transition through this little period here. I will personally be going back to working myself seven days a week until I can find somebody like Jeremy. I have a lot of things going on and I have more things. We are improving on here at the Shop and some new surprises coming up soon! Anyhow, thanks to everyone as always, and as always, let’s get it!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸
