On National Certified Dietary Manager Day, MHCC would like to thank Diana Hicks, CDM, our Food and Nutrition Services Manager, and Jennifer Stivers, CDM & co-manager, for overseeing the preparing, serving, and cleaning up after, over 55,000 meals a year under federal regulations in a clean kitchen with a great staff! So very proud of you, Bill Lear!

Congratulations on receiving the A.C. Burrows Award — such a well-deserved honor.

Not only has Bill had a remarkable professional career, but I’ve also had the privilege of watching him serve our residents faithfully as a volunteer for many years. Week after week, he shows up with his music, encouragement, faith, and warmth — and our residents absolutely love him.

I’ve been at MHCC for 25 years come February, and Bill has been a constant blessing throughout that time. His heart for people is real. His service is genuine. And his impact is bigger than he probably realizes.

We are lucky to know you, Bill — and thankful for the joy you bring to so many lives. Congratulations on this special and meaningful recognition!
