Affinity Care Solutions LLC is an organization offering an array of health related community based services for individuals, families, and professionals. We assist seniors and their adult children with managing the care needed to keep the highest level of functioning and independence through our Geriatric Care Management program. We offer consulting for Personal Care Home and Private Home Care start-up. We are staffed with a RN to oversee supervision and training for all medical services. Our Lead Care Manager has over 15 years of experience working with elderly and/or disabled indivdiuals. Our Lead Consultant has over 30 years of experience with the start-up and operations of Personal Care Homes in the State of Georgia. Private Home Care services coming soon! All of our services are mobile and can be brought to you!

To aid in our initiative of providing our community with life saving resources, we are offering free Stop The Bleed trainings by appointment only. With the heighten gun violence, we really want to focus or time and attention to youth groups.
