Just checking in for a friendly refresh of my cancelation policy, and other policies in place. Please read the attached policy notification memo.

I have been extremely lenient in regards to my cancelation policy,(I'm a nice gal, what can I say?) but due to the increasing amount of cancelations and my growing cancelation list, I must step up my efforts to enforce my cancelation policy.
I am totally understanding that things happen, and life happens.
I also understand as a small business owner you must have grace and kindness.

Please communicate with me if something comes up, or an illness occurs.
Unfortunately, if appointments continue to be missed or canceled, future appointments are subject to be removed.

I appreciate all of you who have supported me and contributed to my business success, I wouldn't be here without you.

Just another little update for everyone!
For those of you who have used the Main Street entrance already, you are familiar with our new system, yay! 🙌🏻

For those of you who use the back entrance, here is a little something new for you.
Very easy, super progressive(I think it's cool!🙋🏻‍♀️)

I attached a video because who doesn't love a live demo, and there are also instructions taped to the door (thank you Kristy) if you forget what to do! Once you see my name, just select it and I will be able to buzz you in!
A gentle reminder to please only show up 5-7 minutes before your appointment time.
