Let me share a little secret.
Every now and then, imposter syndrome creeps in, and I catch myself wondering—is anyone even listening?
Then I think of the incredible guests I’ve had the honor to speak with, and the knowledge they’ve shared. Insights that could shift someone’s perspective, spark an idea, or even change a life.
I call that invisible impact—those moments when we may never see the ripple effects of what we put into the world.
But that’s okay.
We keep showing up. We trust the message will land where it’s meant to.
Because if just one person hears what they need to hear—then it’s all worth it.
If you haven’t checked out season 2 yet we’ve started out with some amazing episodes:
Episode 1: In today’s episode, I’m joined by Chef Dan Jacobs—widely recognized from Top Chef: Wisconsin. We dive into the life lessons he’s learned along the way, the powerful impact he’s had on others, and the resilience that defines both his cooking and his personal story.
!
Episode 2: In this week’s episode, I’m joined by Amanda Preimesberger, a dedicated Direct Primary Care Provider and the founder of Roots MD. Together, we explore the world of Direct Primary Care (DPC)—what it is, how it works, and why it’s gaining attention as a more personalized and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
