As the leaves begin to fall, nature gently shows us the power of release. Trees don't cling to their leaves—they let go, trusting that what is no longer needed will make way for new growth.

In the same way, this season invites us to release emotional stressors we’ve been carrying—grief, resentment, worry, perfectionism. Letting go isn’t weakness. It’s a radical act of self-care.

🧠 Emotionally: Releasing what weighs us down creates space for clarity, calm, and connection.
