We’re excited to share that Genesee Community Services (GCS), a MyPath Company, is opening a second ABA clinic in Hales Corners in June 2026! 🎉

This new location will expand access to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children ages 18 months to six years old with Autism Spectrum Disorder throughout Waukesha and Milwaukee counties.

Just like our Brookfield clinic, the Hales Corners location will focus on building foundational skills — including communication, social skills, emotional regulation, motor development, and daily living skills — to help children thrive in their everyday environments.

As part of MyPath, a 100% employee-owned organization, we’re proud to continue growing in ways that strengthen support for families in our communities.

This week, our community at Prader-Willi Homes (PWH), a MyPath Company came together to celebrate the Chinese New Year with a vibrant dragon performance that brought smiles, laughter, and a sense of connection to everyone in the room.

Chinese New Year—also known as Lunar New Year—is a time of renewal, reflection, and hope. It marks the beginning of a new lunar calendar and is traditionally celebrated with family gatherings, cultural performances, and symbols of good fortune and prosperity.

2026 welcomes the Year of the Horse 🐴—a symbol of energy, strength, perseverance, and forward momentum. These qualities resonate deeply with the spirit of our residents and the supportive community we strive to create every day.

Moments like these remind us of the importance of honoring cultural traditions, fostering inclusion, and creating joyful experiences that bring people together.

We’re proud to share that Terry Leahy, Executive Chair and former CEO of MyPath, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of HippVinci, the holding company for Telligen.

A nationally recognized leader in employee ownership, Terry brings deep expertise in ESOP governance, strategic leadership, and navigating complex regulatory environments.

During his tenure at MyPath, he helped guide one of the nation’s largest ESOPs through significant growth and earned recognition as Wisconsin ESOP of the Year.

This appointment reflects Terry's continued commitment to employee ownership, strong governance, and purpose-driven leadership.

Tenecia has been actively involved with ACRC since 2021, and her leadership has continued to grow:

February is , a time to pause, reflect, and learn together.

At MyPath, this month is an opportunity to recognize the contributions, resilience, and leadership of Black individuals throughout history while also acknowledging the work that continues today. Progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion matters—but so does honest reflection on where growth is still needed.

For us, this starts internally. Creating a workplace where every employee feels seen, respected, and supported is something we’re committed to—not just during Black History Month, but year-round.

Throughout February, we’ll be sharing moments to learn, reflect, and engage as a team as we honor Black history, celebrate Black voices, and recommit to building a culture rooted in belonging.

🌈 What a night! 🏒

This week, MyPath’s LGBTQ+ Pathfinders attended Pride Night with the Milwaukee Admirals, and it was such a great experience.

We had 21 MyPath employee-owners attend from across Wisconsin — many of whom were at their first-ever Admirals game! The energy was amazing, the turnout was strong, and to top it all off… the Admirals won 😊

Most importantly, it was wonderful to come together as coworkers and community members to show our support for the LGBTQ+ community.

We’re already looking forward to more events like this and continuing to build connection, visibility, and belonging. 💙
