Behind every student’s success is a team of dedicated educators working with intention, compassion, and expertise.

As part of our MyPath Schools spotlight series, we’re proud to recognize Jodi Aderman, special education teacher at The Richardson School (TRS), a MyPath Company.

Now in her 11th year at TRS and with 30 years in special education, Jodi brings deep experience across all grade levels and a passion for supporting middle and high school students.

After spending more than half her career in public schools, she’s found that TRS offers something uniquely impactful: the time and collaboration needed to truly meet each student’s social-emotional, behavioral, and academic needs.

Jodi shares that the ability to focus on the whole child and work alongside a team equally committed to student success is what makes the difference.

The experience reinforced just how powerful employee ownership can be—bringing together thousands from across the country to learn, share ideas, and build meaningful connections.

There was a strong sense of momentum, with new insights and takeaways that will continue to shape how organizations strengthen their ownership cultures.

We’re proud to spotlight Jessica Weber, Learning Coordinator at Genesee Lake School (GLS), a MyPath Company.

Jess began her journey at GLS over 3½ years ago as the school’s first General Education Instructional Coach and has since grown into her current role.

Please join us in congratulating Taylor McIntyre on her new role as Co-Chair of MyPath’s LGBTQ+ Pathfinders ! 🌈

Taylor’s journey with MyPath began in 2016 at Paragon Community Services, a MyPath Company, while she was in college.

After returning in July 2024, she now serves as a BCBA and PBIS Coordinator at The Richardson School, a MyPath Company, where she helps foster a positive, therapeutic learning environment through evidence-based practices.

A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Taylor also contributes her expertise to the Wisconsin Association for Behavior Analysis (WisABA) DEIB Committee.

In her new role, she’s excited to bring together her leadership, lived experiences, and commitment to inclusion to help create spaces where individuals feel safe, supported, and empowered to be their authentic selves.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys traveling, attending concerts, reading (and audiobooks!), and spending time with her two cats, Bindi and Irwin. She’s also a proud new aunt, soaking up every moment with her 2-month-old niece. 💙

From the opening games to the championship matchup, the energy, teamwork, and sportsmanship were on full display. The final game ended with a 41–34 victory for the GOAT-Town Ballers, capping off a fun and competitive tournament! 🏆
