Excuse the long post! Below is the wonderful bio of our NEWEST ALC. I would like to introduce Kaland Farrow, ALC.

Are you or a loved one navigating the challenges of a disability—or facing anxiety about what comes next? You're not alone, and I'm here to help.
With over 7 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (with a concentration in Rehabilitation Counseling), I specialize in supporting individuals with disabilities as they build the skills and confidence needed for greater independence. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety related to life transitions, employment, education, and daily living—offering practical strategies and compassionate guidance to reduce stress and foster emotional well-being.
Whether you’re a student preparing for life after high school, someone returning to work, or a parent seeking support for your child, I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach. I help clients identify their abilities, set clear goals, and move forward at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
In addition to vocational support, I help clients manage anxiety by building self-awareness, improving self-advocacy, and developing tools for coping with stress and uncertainty—especially during major life changes.
Outside of my professional role, I’m a proud husband and father to three wonderful sons. My family is my daily reminder of the importance of support, balance, and resilience—and I bring those values into every session with my clients.
Let’s work together to create a plan that supports both your independence and your peace of mind.
Licensed counselor specializing in CBT and DBT with a humanistic touch. Passionate about helping clients achieve their personal goals. My goal is to foster a safe environment where clients can explore concerns, develop strategies, and achieve their goals.
