As we are wrapping up our unit on relationships, today we focused on knowing the different love languages. We had a great discussion about the different love languages and how knowing other's love languages (acts of service, quality time, physical touch, words of affirmation, or receiving/giving gifts) can help improve relationships. Our Turning Point social was so much fun tonight! We drove through Olin Park, around a few festive neighborhoods and ended our trip down Monroe Street where we counted 79 Santas!

Turning Point spent the afternoon at The Bubbler at Madison Public Library with artist-in-residence National Velvet. We created fake cakes in honor of the 150th birthday of the Madison Public Library. The Bubbler is such a wonderful space at the downtown library and it was fun to spend time there creating today! 🎂

Turning Point volunteered at TrickyFoods this afternoon and everyone worked really hard. We were so happy to help them prep lots of items during this busy holiday season!

Turning Point learned all about the tree growing and selling process at Toddle-In Nursery, LLC this afternoon. A big thanks to Eric for showing us around!

Turning Point's December art project was needle felting. It was really fun to learn a new skill this afternoon and make some neat projects! Several even commented that they want to continue needle felting as a hobby!

Turning Point really enjoyed Muharrem's presentation on Turkey today. We learned so much about his country, loved meeting his wife and son, and got to taste some delicious Turkish food and drink.

Turning Point toured Boulders Climbing Gym this afternoon and really enjoyed the tour. We are excited to come back and climb in the spring!

Turning Point enjoyed a presentation from one of our own today! Frank and Elias shared about being a part of Ho-Chunk Nation. We especially enjoyed seeing Elias dance!
