This young lady has been working hard for a solid year with us …And look at those results visually and on that print out! Over 40 pounds of weight loss and over 35 of that is body fat! She’s maintained most of her muscle mass by strength training consistently and fueling her body with plenty of protein and other nutrient dense foods. And, she’s got incredible drive. When I tell her to do 12 reps…as you see here…she keeps on pushing to #13! 💪

Big shout out to the Coach! Coach Cohen wasn’t just ‘hangin’ around’ in this small group session with his fit momma and her fit buddy . He was putting in some work too. He even said when he walked in and I offered him the massage chair to chill in, ‘I’m not here to sit and get a massage…I’m here to work!’…He eventually made it to the massage chair though💪😁

From mango salsa wild salmon filets from to home made sour dough bread open face REAL roast beef(from ) sandwiches, we want to make sure our meal plan for the week is full of nutritious food that makes us feel, perform, and look our best…Everything you see pictured here has great thought put into it. The sour dough and pizza crusts are made of that isn’t processed and ‘enriched’ like America wheat. The steak is non GMO/organic grass fed beef. The tomatoes and watermelon are locally grown. The rice is from and from overseas where they don’t allow folic acid and pesticides to be sprayed on it. The bowl of ice cream? It’s a healthy Creamy creation with coconut milk, high quality protein powder…and those aren’t toxic Oreos covering it!..Do you want your health & physique to be the best it can be? Then doesn’t it make sense to put the best fuel into it?🤔
