We have to give a BIG shout out to this client, .canestrari ‼️ Caroline has been working hard with us in the gym (AND away with her nutrition) since last Summer and we are SO proud of her and her progress…This past week she and her husband took their 2 handsome boys to for some fun under the Floridian sun…with her toned lady guns💪🌞 She, and we, are so excited to watch her continue to grow & glow in 2026!

I am on the go today-errands then hitting the gym for a tough workout(hence all the carbs)…So, I PLANNED to take some organic non GMO turkey() sour dough bread made using with me. I also stopped at and picked up some fresh fruit, cottage cheese, and mayo(for some healthy fat)…I really try to avoid any type of fast food, even good ol’ chik-fil-a, as I can make a quick pit stop if there’s a grocery store around and make a meal that is much healthier. And, it may cost a little more…but I don’t like putting a price on my health. I’d rather cut back somewhere else with my spending than cheapen my body & my health…wouldn’t you?💪😊

I hope y’all aren’t getting tired of seeing this young lady but we just have to keep posting her amazing progress…Just take a look at her latest scan-she’s down to 21.2% from over 35% when she started Summer of ‘25. And she’s losing so many inches of body fat she’s having to buy new clothes-even for her recent ski trip with her family! What a great problem to have right?! we are SO proud & impressed by your determination, focus, and hard work week in and week out. And a lot of that progress was made during the holidays when others checked out you stayed checked in. Keep it up and we can’t wait to see what 2026 brings for you, your health & your physique💪😊

client has been putting in the WORK since last July 2025. From 213 lbs and almost 35% PBF(percent body fat) to 185 pounds and less than 25% PBF while maintaining all of her muscle mass, this young lady has been very focused on her health & fitness goals. I remember her very first workout where she couldn’t finish the session-fast forward to 7 months and she’s killing it now. She’s literally been killing that body fat and building a stronger/healthier physique to a point where it’s hard for me to slow her down now…She is just another example of what someone can do if they are focused and determined to become a better version of themselves and to work on that 1 day at a time. We are looking forward to how far she can go in 2026 and beyond with her health & wellness

This is just a snap shot of some of the healthy eats made over the last month for her and her hubs, personal trainer …And what do you see? There’s lots of whole food, small amounts of minimally processed food, high amounts of protein & healthy fats, minimal amounts of healthy low to medium glycemic carbohydrates that match their activity for the day, and good amounts of fiber…From free range non-GMO eggs and chicken, to wild caught salmon, to grass fed beef, to Italian , to fresh organic vegetables, we want to our bodies to be the healthiest and feel the best they can so we fuel ourselves with the best…
