This couple has been training with since mid December-just about 6 weeks time. We’ve slowly been ramping up their programs’ intensity in the gym as we’ve been working on tweaking and bettering their nutrition. As you can see from their scans, they have both made some really good progress in a short period of time. They have both gained muscle mass, reduced body fat, and thus their PBF(percent body fat) has decreased by multiple % points. Now some would look at these changes as minor, but if you take this progress over several months to a year they will be able to achieve some major improvements in all of those areas…Maintaining and building one’s muscle mass as one is losing body fat/weight takes time, but it’s so worth it for the betterment of one’s health. Kudos to these 2 for doing it the right way and not looking for quick fixes that don’t bring long term healthy benefits 💪😊
