For those of you that use a Fitbit, Apple Watch, Garmin, Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy or another type of fitness tracker or smart watch what do you like, and/or dislike, about your device? And what info do you like to track and why?
For myself, I use a Fitbit Charge 6 and pair it to the Fitbit app. I like the Charge 6 because it’s small and doesn’t get in my way, and it was also inexpensive-but it does everything I need a fitness tracking device to do. I track my total calories burned and steps taken for the day, my quality of rest and recovery each night, and my active and resting heart rates(which the device also tells me my v02 max score from my RHR). It really helps me keep a better eye on my overall health & wellness
