Being on call for a birth is its own kind of lifestyle…

Phone on loud ✔️
Bag packed ✔️
Mentally ready ✔️

But here’s my little confession 👀
Sometimes I treat it like a race against time to see how much I can get done before that call comes in.

Me? Waiting like 👀📱

Because at any moment… life changes for a family, and I get to be part of it 🫶

The chaos, the anticipation, the “drop everything and go” — I wouldn’t trade it for anything. 🐻 ❤️

Hi everyone 🤍

I wanted to take a moment to share a quick, honest update. Transparency is something I truly value—both personally and within my business.

At this time, I won’t be able to host meet-ups just yet. My daughter has been dealing with a health concern since December, and we’re currently working through therapy to determine if it’s muscle-related. If needed, the next step will be further imaging. As you can imagine, this season has required me to shift my schedule and prioritize being present for her while still showing up fully for my clients.

Because of that, my availability outside of client care is a bit more limited right now. Thank you for your patience and understanding—it truly means so much to me.

I’ll be sure to share updates when I’m able to host these meet-ups. In the meantime, if you feel led, we would appreciate any prayers or positive thoughts for my sweet girl ❤️

For my current clients, this excludes you. I’m just not taking on anymore clients for the next 2 months. You’re all always a top priority as well!

I’ve got my eye on a pelvis 🤣

Sitting at my daughter’s physical therapy appointment and I can’t help myself… this pelvis model is calling my name 👀🛒 These are SUCH a powerful visual for showing what really happens during labor — the movement, the space, the magic ✨

Pretty sure I’m about to add one to my cart because teaching mamas with hands-on visuals just hits different 🙌

Also… slightly jealous she gets to lay there and nap while I’m over here mentally building my next birth education tool 😴😂

Mama Bear is always working over here 🐻💛 This is our 2nd home for the next 6(ish) weeks but I’m blessed to have a schedule that allows me to figure it out, somehow 😅

The birth world brought us…🐶❤️

The similarities between animal birth and human birth are undeniable.

The same watch and wait…
The same surge of oxytocin…
The same quiet, instinctual rhythm of bringing life earthside.

No overthinking. No rushing. Just trust.

Her body knew exactly what to do — just like ours do.

Birth was designed to unfold. When we feel safe, supported, and undisturbed, those primal instincts take over beautifully.

Whether it’s a mama in a birth space or a fur mama in her cozy corner… it’s the same magic. ✨

Less interference. More trust.

Birth is instinct. Birth is powerful. Birth is raw.

And I’ll never stop being in awe of it — in every form. 🐾🤍

Every time I tell someone this—they look at me like I have 10 heads 😅

It’s dads fault 🤪

Did you know the placenta is actually made from the dad’s DNA?

Which means all that morning sickness…
The weird cravings…
The exhaustion…
The heartburn…
The hormones that had me crying over burnt toast…

Technically speaking… that sounds a little like his fault to me.🫠🫠

My body literally grew an entire organ from his DNA just to support the baby…
and then I had to deal with all the side effects that came with it.

Pregnancy is wild.

Whew — what a season of GROWTH it’s been lately! Just popping in to say I’m still here, just a little quieter than usual while juggling a full schedule & so many appointments for myself, my kiddos, and my amazing clients 💛

With that being said, my client load is growing, and I currently have ongoing needs for support. If you know any health care workers(Nursing) who may be looking for work, I would love to be connected!

I am intentional about who I bring on — but it truly comes down to the basics: strong communication, reliability, and being fully present for the families you’re serving. My clients deserve to feel supported, respected, and cared for at the highest level — always.

Mamas and caregivers — what are y’all doing for self-care these days? 💛

I’ll be honest… this is mine 🥳

A client gifted me a gift card for Christmas for not ONE but TWO nail appts and keeping up with them has become the one small thing I do just for me. My self care started off slacking this year however, my nail girl and client family member keeps me in check 😅 It may seem simple, but having that time to pause, breathe, and feel put together again makes such a difference.

I’m so thankful for the clients and families who trust me during such vulnerable seasons — and who also pour back into me in the sweetest, most thoughtful ways. It’s never expected but always appreciated more than they will ever know.

This has been on my heart for a long time 🫶

Many of you may know that I was a teenage mom. I remember the looks. The whispers. The assumptions. The feeling of being judged before anyone even knew my heart.

But what I also remember is this — my baby was still a blessing. I was still worthy. And I deserved support, not shame.

So let me say this clearly:

If you are a teenage mama, you are not a mistake.
Your baby is not a mistake.
Your story is not over — it’s just beginning.

Pregnancy and birth have the power to shape how a young mother sees herself for the rest of her life. The right support can build confidence instead of fear. Strength instead of doubt. Love instead of isolation.

I want to walk alongside a teenage mom through pregnancy and birth. To remind her she is capable. To remind her she is strong. To remind her she and her baby are deeply loved.

This support would be completely gifted — no cost, no catch — just heart-led care.
