Her eagerness to learn, calm presence, and positive attitude are traits that truly make a difference in the office for peers and patients alike. Here’s what a few of her coworkers had to say:

“I would like to recognize our dental assistant, Kail, for her outstanding growth and contribution to our team over the past year. When she first started, she had very little background in dental work, but her eagerness to learn and willingness to challenge herself stood out right away. Kail never shies away from new opportunities, and her determination to master new skills has been truly inspiring to witness. What impresses me most is her chairside manner. Patients often comment on how comfortable and cared for they feel with her, both while I am in the room and when she interacts with them independently. In fact, one patient even requested to have her assist during their procedure specifically—a testament to the trust and confidence she builds with our patients. Dentistry can often bring a lot of anxiety, but Kail’s calm, collected demeanor reassures patients and helps make their visits smoother. 🌴✈️ Our hygienist, Jill, and her husband, Dean, enjoyed a beautiful trip to Costa Rica after Jill was the grand prize winner at our annual All Staff Celebration!

They picked the perfect time to get away from the Wisconsin cold, returning home to a 125-degree temperature swing! ☀️➡️❄️

A well-deserved escape for someone who does so much for our team!
