Join us in wishing Kirsten Konder from Polk Burnett Farm Bureau all the best as she competes in America's Young Farmers & Ranchers Discussion Meet competition held in conjunction with the American Farm Bureau Federation 's Annual Convention in Anaheim, California. Kirsten will begin competing on Saturday morning in Rounds 1 and 2 of the contest.

Leadership Institute is Wisconsin Farm Bureau's premier leadership training course. The year-long program equips Farm Bureau members with the skills, confidence and connections to lead boldly in their farms, businesses and communities.

New in 2027! Institute applicants are invited to apply for the Mike & Shirley Duerst Institute Scholarship to cover participation fees.
