Finally get to take a vacay. Covid has canceled 2 of my trips already.

Having a blast and seeing a lot of sea life. Saw a manatee and lots of dolphins. Saw a sea turtle but he wouldn’t come up to the surface. Also saw lots of nurse/sand sharks.

I see you .. working day in and day out to make a living and raise a family. As women, we have a special super power to multi-task and be present and available for everyone that needs us.

I reflect back on my life now as an empty nester. It seems like yesterday when I was shuffling my kids to baseball games, dance practice, cheer practice, along with working, cooking, helping with homework, etc. I never took care of myself, and often times would find myself overcome with anxiety.

I wish I knew then what I know now ... just spending 15 minutes to down shift and practice meditation or yoga and use essential oils to calm my nervous system would have made a world of difference. I know it would have made me a better wife and mother.

You are amazing! You've got this! It's okay to take some time for yourself to recharge.
