URGENT - Action needed to help save Dairy Drive Campground! ****PLEASE SHARE!!****
Davy's Dairy Drive resolution wasn't referred to the Community Development Block Grant Committee but its on the agenda tonight!
So . . . the biggest message to send is that until the community has a better plan for where unhoused and unsheltered people can go - we need Dairy Drive!
1) Here's their email address - please email in support of 4 more years of funding OR extending the campground until April cdbgcommittee@cityofmadison.com.
2) Please register in support of #6 if they fix it!!!! This is Davy Mayer's resolution for the extension til April. That is the item that got referred to Finance on Monday and Homeless Issues Committee on Thursday. Then back to the council on the 16th.
3) If you can't register on item #6 (I couldn't see below) register for item #4 which is the homeless services funding recommendation for the next 4 years which does not include Dairy Drive Campground, so please register against that one.

In September GNP East and Glass Nickel Pizza Co. - Madison West 's Pizza With Purpose program continues to donate a portion of every pizza to Madison Street Medicine . Check out what this great organization is doing in our community! MSM is the only nonprofit in Dane County that partners with dedicated volunteer doctors, nurses, and medical students to deliver compassionate healthcare directly to those in need. ALL pizzas from July through September support MSM, every single day, no need to even mention the organization!

Let's get straight to the pint...We were pickled pink with the turnout at our Share Night. Thank you, Marcus, Cyrus & the Legen-dairy Culver's Team who worked with our volunteers and staff to make last night berry successful! We mustard-mit we had a blast!
