**“Everyone has a story, and I’m so thankful Burn is part of mine! I started in competitive gymnastics, coached it, and then spent the last 10 years teaching group fitness. I thought I had ‘enough exercise’ in my life… until Burn came along.
What started as a pop-up event quickly became a healthy addiction. Through focus meetings, supplements, and intentional coaching, I’ve built stronger habits and even stronger friendships.
Burn takes me back to my gymnastics days—the floating floor, the challenge, and the reminder that failure isn’t something to fear. I’ve learned to lift heavy safely (never thought I’d pick up 65s for squats or 50s for chest presses!), prioritize recovery, and focus on getting 1% better every day.
6AM doesn’t even feel early anymore. These workouts make me more resilient, help me smile brighter, and remind me that I can do hard things. Burn has transformed my mindset, my health, and my community—and I couldn’t imagine my story without it.”**
