Pause and breathe with me.
Begin with a slow, steady inhale. Remind your body it’s allowed to soften.✨

The 4‑7‑8 breath is a simple pattern that helps shift your system out of “go‑mode” and into something steadier. Inhale gently through your nose for 4 counts. Hold for 7. Then let a long, slow audible exhale out your mouth for 8. This isn't about perfection or performance. If holding your breath for 7 seconds is difficult, you can speed up the pace, as long as the 4:7:8 ratio is maintained.

As you move through each cycle, notice what changes. Maybe your jaw unclenches. Maybe your heartbeat steadies. Maybe nothing dramatic happens at all, and that’s okay. This breath is less about fixing and more about creating a little more room inside yourself.

Let this be a moment to return, to settle, to feel the ground beneath you again. Your breath is always here, waiting to meet you. 💜🧘‍♀️

Most women come to me because something feels off…

They’ve spent years putting everyone and everything else first.
Life got full. Stress built up. Things shifted—physically, mentally, hormonally.

Every other Wednesday, we open the studio for intentional time:
a calm environment, warm lighting, and room to land exactly as you are.
