Breath of Success Breath of Success Meditation Series helps businesses and individuals achieve their full potential through the benefits of regular meditation.

Parent Site: http://www.rocksntrees.com/ The Breath of Success seminars are a series of sessions, separated into easily digestible chunks of 3 x 1 hour courses for each level. There are 3 levels for a total package of 9 courses. Comprehensively, they are designed to help develop and maintain a habit of meditation. To do this, I realize that it is important for each person to realize benefits that are tangible to their everyday world. So, the focus of the courses includes examining how meditation can assist with problem-solving, communicating with others, creativity and whole-brain thinking … all this in addition to a very long list of health benefits that comes with a regular practice.

my friends. Pay attention to that breath. As you do, note how you feel when you breathe in, and when you breathe out. Is it the same? Is it different? Imagine breathing in love. What does that feel like? As you breathe out, imagine letting go of all that no longer serves you. Again. Breathe in . Breathe out . Do this for several minutes and see if it makes a difference in your day. I am thinking it will.

It's a surprisingly simple way to maintain your body and mind.
