This way, your phone never rings, dings, or vibrates. Youโ€™re now 100% in control of when
you check your phone. Keep in mind that thereโ€™s a way to allow your phone to ring when
certain contacts call you. For example, if immediate family calls, your phone will still ring,
because you want to hear from them. But for everyone else, answer when you choose to.
Missing a few calls or texts is not an emergency. Just because you have a phone in your
pocket doesn't mean that you signed a contract to be available 100% of the time.
