Here are some Key Ways to Observe Save Your Vision Month:
1. Schedule a Comprehensive Eye Exam:
- This is the most effective way to detect early signs of eye diseases.

2. Follow the 20-20-20 Rule:
- To reduce digital eye strain, every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break to view something 20 feet away.

3. Protect Your Eyes:
- Wear sunglasses that block 99-100% of UV-A and UV-B radiation.

4. Eat for Eye Health:
-Incorporate leafy greens, fruits, and Omega-3 rich fish into your diet.

5. Practice Good Makeup Hygiene:
-Replace eye makeup every three months to avoid infections.

6. Stay Hydrated:
-Proper hydration reduces dry eye symptoms.
