The Union of Body, Mind, & Spirit Growing. Organically. I am now a practitioner. An alternative wellness center focused on balancing the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual aspects of life.

It's a long story and took a few years, lots of wrong turns, and a bump on the head (quite literally) to get here but... Using all the experiences as a client, awakening to my spririts message. Offering naturopathic consulting, energy work (reiki), hypnosis, and other alternative methods, we strive to give clients the tools to take care o

f themselves and thrive in this world. We offer reiki trainings, guided meditations, and workshops. Services are available by appointment only. Did you know you can get your blood drawn outside your doctors office?

We offer some “blot” tests for food intolerances, cardiovascular markers, and gut health here, at the office. We also partner with a few local and not so local facilities that can draw your blood.

Aside from not being able to do this at our local hospital (yet)…. The main difference in ordering your own test is, you may not be covered by insurance. However, it’s not as pricey as you may think. A comprehensive panel/ test only costs $40. (Last year)

You can monitor the changes you are attempting to make on a regular basis. There’s no harm to your body in losing a vial of blood or a few drops on a blot test paper.
The benefits are immeasurable.

All part of helping you focus on your system and going beyond symptoms.
