It's about recognizing that your well-being is worth the investment and being willing to make the necessary adjustments to prioritize your health. Let's choose ourselves and our well-being!
2️⃣ Commitment to Consistency: Earlier this year, I made a commitment to complete cardio for 90 consecutive days. Life got busy, and one day, it seemed impossible to fit in my workout. But I refused to let excuses win. I adjusted my mindset, shifted my perspective, and found a way to make it happen. When we're committed, we can overcome any obstacle!
3️⃣ Mindset Shifts and Time Zones: On that particular day, my schedule ran late, and midnight was approaching. But I didn't let that stop me. I adjusted my mindset to Pacific Standard Time (PST) instead of Eastern Standard Time (EST) and went for 30 minutes of cardio. When I finished at 12:30 EST, my mindset was still in the "9:30 PST" zone. It's amazing what a simple mindset shift can do to help us prioritize our health!

Remember, prioritizing your health and wellness is not selfish; it's an act of self-care and self-love. By making yourself a priority, you're better equipped to show up for others and make a positive impact in the world.
