All About Us
We create a weekly curriculum that teaches self-love, self-acceptance, self-discipline, and emotional regulation through the use of yoga, music, art, books, and meditation, all centered around mindfulness as the core belief. We then teach the curriculum through private appointments and group classes at the studio, and we visit preschool and elementary schools on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. We also offer birthday parties, girl scouts and small group events at the studio and on location. Parent and educator trainings are also available. At Lizzie’s Little Yogis, we see the light in every child and our mission is to ensure they see their light as well.
