We absolutely loved having this sweet family in our studio and getting to see their baby with such amazing clarity — every tiny feature was shining through!

The SneakPeek gender reveal test uses a simple blood draw to detect fetal DNA and determine your baby’s gender with over 99% accuracy when performed at 6 weeks or later. Testing too early may mean there isn’t enough fetal DNA present, which can affect results—so timing truly matters.

✨ Early Pregnancy Options at Chubby Cheeks Ultrasound of High Point ✨

We’re often asked how early you can visit our studio, so here’s a helpful breakdown of our earliest appointment options 🤍

👶 As early as 6 weeks:
While we’re not able to perform ultrasounds this early, we do offer gender reveal bloodwork. It’s important to be confident you’re at least 6 weeks pregnant—testing earlier than that may result in inconclusive results due to not enough fetal DNA.

👶 At 9 weeks:
If you’d like to wait just a little longer, we’d love to welcome you in for an ultrasound at 9 weeks. We often get asked why we don’t scan before this time, and the answer is simple: we only offer abdominal ultrasounds, and our machines aren’t sensitive enough to reliably see baby earlier than that. Most importantly, we never want to cause any unnecessary worry 💕

💓 Heartbeat Ultrasound (a fan favorite!)
Our 2D heartbeat ultrasound is one of our most popular early packages and a sweet way to bond with baby—watch those tiny wiggles and hear that precious heartbeat for the first time.

✨ Best of both worlds:
Another popular option is our gender reveal bloodwork + 2D heartbeat ultrasound combo. At 9 weeks, you can have your bloodwork drawn for gender and enjoy an ultrasound at the same visit. Please note: gender cannot be confirmed visually during this ultrasound—it’s purely a bonding experience.
