Melissa Jo Knepper, RYT 200, took her first yoga class in 1995 and realized that by practicing yoga she would gain the knowledge to change her life. Melissa has been teaching Vinyasa yoga since August of 2013 and became a Registered yoga Alliance Instructor at the RYT200 level after studying under the careful guidance and teaching of Rachel Wilson at Om My Yoa Academy in Camp Hill, PA. Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice that induces profound physical, mental, and emotional relaxation while maintaining awareness.

Key benefits include significant reductions in stress, anxiety, and cortisol levels, improved sleep quality, chronic pain relief, and enhanced cognitive function!

Although it’s a great experience in a cave (wink, wink), you can also practice at home; for me, tonight, it’s right before bed to calm my nervous system! 🧘🏼
