Billie Rae McKee Tongate, 85, of Friona, passed away on December 5, 2025. Billie Rae was born in Clovis, New Mexico, on March 9, 1940, to Ray Bert and Marie McKee. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Karen Kay McKee Davis of Lovington, New Mexico.
