As You Grow Therapy is hiring experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team to provide in-clinic services. At As You Grow Therapy, our goal is to provide the best quality care as possible. We utilize a combination of evidence-based practices, decades of research, and years of experiences in a variety of settings alongside dedicated professionals like yourself!

All RBTs undergo hands-on training with ongoing clinical support from their Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), to prepare for a career providing life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with Autism in center-based settings. We are a team of dedicated professionals committed to integrating family values, goals, and priorities into our treatment designs.

Responsibilities

Provides direct ABA therapy in the home, community, school or center.

Collects data on skill acquisition programming as well as target behaviors for deceleration daily.

Submits data and service logs electronically daily.

Effectively communicates with parents/ caregivers about client's sessions.

Effectively communicates with supervisors.

Meets with supervisor for weekly supervision.

Follows the confirmed schedule with minimal cancellations and tardiness.

Consistently demonstrates a high level of integrity, responsibility, accountability, teamwork and ethics.

Qualifications

Experience:
Applied behavior analysis 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:RBT Certification from the BACB (Required)

Florida Medicaid Provider ID (Required)

Work Location: Clinic in the Orlando/ Winter Park area

Schedule

Monday to Friday 8am-6pm (vary with availability) in clinic setting
