💛 Spreading Positivity at Maize High School! 💛

As part of today’s service day, our Maize High School Behavioral Health Liaison led a group of students who created a Positivity Wall filled with uplifting notes to encourage others and brighten someone’s day! 🌟

Take a moment to spread some kindness of your own — send a quick text to a friend or family member and let them know what you love about them. A few positive words can go a long way! 💬❤️

💙 Men’s Mental Health Matters 💙
There’s real strength in vulnerability. It’s okay to not be okay.

Let’s get rid of “man up” and start saying speak up instead. Creating safe spaces where men can open up, talk about what’s really going on, and know they’re not alone is so important.

Check in with the men in your life — sometimes a simple “How are you really doing?” can mean more than you know.

🖋️📕Day [3]: Start a gratitude journal
Taking a few minutes each day to write down what you’re thankful for can help reduce stress and improve your overall mental well-being. Focus on simple things—a smile from someone, a moment of calm, or something that made you laugh today. 💛

🍂🦃 November vibes: crisp air, colorful leaves, and a little extra time to practice gratitude.

Why did the turkey look forward to November every year?
Because it knew that grateful hearts are the best way to stay cozy inside — even when the weather gets chilly! 🍁💛

This season, take a moment to breathe in the fall colors and breathe out the stress. Gratitude is a cozy boost for your mental health. Wishing you a peaceful and positive season! 🍂🧡

🎃👻 Not Everything Has to Be Scary! 👻🎃

This season might be full of spooky fun, but taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be one of the scary things!

Setting boundaries, saying no, changing your mind, or trying something new are all healthy ways to take care of your mental health.

Remember — you don’t need to have it all figured out. Prioritizing yourself isn’t scary, it’s self-care. 💪✨
