So much is happening in the world and it's draining, the best thing we can do for ourselves is to take good care of ourselves.
The practice of yoga supports us both physically and mentally. Reset your nervous system, give your mental chatter a break, and be in a loving community.

We gathered, we cared & we connected. This was a heart filling experience and conversation. I gathered so much knowledge on ways to advocate for my health and needs with clarity and care.

Getting the Care We Need

Sunday, January 11th | 2-4 PM

Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing what care looks like—it's actually claiming it for ourselves.

Join us for a conversation with Dr. Valerie Stone, Nneka Hall, and Dr. Jackie Omorodion as we talk through the real questions:

Where do we put our time and energy when it comes to our health?

What does self-advocacy actually look like when we're in the doctor's office, at work, or with family?

How do we listen to what our bodies are telling us—and trust it?

What screenings and routines can we build as a health community?

We'll also experience a mini-Sound Bath Vibe Session with Malaika of Ms. Bonafide Creations—a chance to feel sound-based healing firsthand.

This is about reconnecting with our needs, honoring our bodies, and claiming the care we deserve.

Looking forward to this conversation on Sunday! Join me, Dr. Valerie Stone, Nneka Hall, Dr. Jackie Omorodion, and the CCS2S community as we talk about getting the care we need—from self-advocacy to listening to our bodies to building health routines that work for us. Plus a sound bath session with Malaika of Ms. Bonafide Creations.

Sunday, Jan 11th, 2-4 PM.
