I help couples re-discover each other through couple and individual therapy. Through walking my own journey of healing and learning what it takes to maintain a fantastic marriage, I see you through a lens of deep understanding and compassion. One area of my training has been on healing wounds of relational trauma, using hands on simple skills that create lasting change. You learn better communication, and build skills that make intimacy feel soulful, playful, and secure.

Many couples often note they are deeply moved to learn so much about their partner in our sessions, deepening a true sense of intimacy and wonder.

I work with couples on experiencing a fully integrated s*xuality that goes beyond what occurs in the bedroom, it traverses the miles between them, creating a profound desire that is not easily satiated. It is that continual hunger for who someone truly is, that creates turn on unlike anything else.

Deb DePolo didn’t start our sister company Compass Counseling and Associates for profit. She started it because she literally walked out of a corporate therapy practice, where the focus was the monetization of people, not their healing.

After witnessing clients cut off mid-transformation and fees prioritized over care, Deb founded a practice where the client comes first. Always.

She is deeply honored to serve the very community she lives in and raised her children in — bringing care, dignity, and access to those who need it most.

An off shoot of what she planted, is our division Compass Counseling for Couples and Individuals. It is fueled by her deep ability to bond easily with her client and lead with dignity and care. Created to be a leading provider for couples and individuals in the area.

Her mission has now grown into something more:
The Anchor Fund for Wellness— her initiative to provide care for the uninsured and underserved.

I support couples in saying what they need to say. Putting aside the sarcasm, degradations, and avoidances, and instead speaking truthfully with gentleness and firmness.
