This is more than a photo opportunity — it’s a celebration of your family, your story, and the spirit of the holidays.

We know the holiday season can be joyful, but we also know it can be challenging for families with children with autism or other special needs to find a welcoming space for something as simple as a holiday photo. 💕 That’s why we’ve created this event just for you.

🎉 We’re thrilled to announce our first-ever Cherished Together: Inclusive Family Photos Event! 🎉 Presented by Picture Perfect Fun Photography and Little Learners Lab, Inc., this event is a heartfelt thank you to our community, especially to families with children with special needs. 💕

Monica Fernandez Theodoropoulos, a bilingual speech-language pathologist dedicated to supporting culturally and linguistically diverse families, and Denise Nunez, a compassionate family photographer who believes in the power of giving back, have joined forces to make this day truly special. Denise feels there’s nothing more fulfilling than creating moments of joy for others, and Monica is committed to making a difference for families of children with autism and other communication needs. This event reflects our shared vision for an inclusive, memorable experience! 🌈✨

Event Details: 📅 Date: Sunday, December 15th
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (First come, first serve)
📍 Location: Photography studio in Franklin Square (wheelchair accessible if needed)
This day is dedicated to celebrating families of children with special needs, capturing beautiful memories together. Participating families will receive three edited images from their session, and if you’d like to purchase more, proceeds will support our 2025 event! 🤗💫

Please arrive on time and, if you must cancel, kindly give us 24-48 hours’ notice so another family can join.

We are SO excited to announce that Little Learners presents its first Familias Bilingües parent-and-me playgroup, hosted by Once Upon a Sundae in RVC on Sunday, 10/20 at 1:30 PM for children ages 1.5-4! 🍦🎨

For $20 per child, enjoy 1 hour of open play followed by delicious ice cream! 🍦 Our bilingual playgroup is designed for Spanish-speaking and bilingual families to come together and practice Spanish in a fun, engaging environment. Little Learners will facilitate the playdate, creating opportunities for parents and children to actively use Spanish together!

🌟 Our goal is to show our kids that Spanish can be the language of fun and play!

¡Hola! I’m Monica 🌟 Bilingual/Spanish-speaking SLP from Nicaragua 🇳🇮 and Uruguay 🇺🇾. My husband is from Greece 🇬🇷, and we call our kiddos “La-Greek” 💕 Latino/Greek! They’re growing up trilingual, speaking Spanish, Greek, and English 🌎🗣️.
