Today is a special day to honor two legacies in my family. My Nana’s birthday and grandparents’ wedding day (84 years ago). They’ve been dancing in the astral realm for many years now.

I reflect back on her great wisdom she innately embraced and only wished I kept a journal of all of her shares & practices.

Here are a few of my favorites about her:
~She taught me so much about tuning into intuition and innate body wisdom.. More on this another time.

~She would always nourish the body with protein mid-morning.

~She had a fierce unwavering loyalty, devotion and protectiveness of her tribe, and in what she believed in.

~Family was the center of the web, even amidst differences. Love alchemized it all.

~ She would cocoon within all the phases of the moon and listen to her messages.. She knew how each day of a changing moon phase related to us down here in human form, with all of our feelings and states of being. She honored it all.

~She would seize the moment to dance and was always ready to teach us some of her cherished ones.. the alley cat , the cha cha, and Ballin’ the Jack.

~We never missed an opportunity for a game of Gin Rummy and silly banter.

~And my favorite, she held the space to be the greatest confidant and gatekeeper of secrets.. Everything was safe and sacred to speak about.

The legacy of their love continues to grow through through our tribe ..
5 children (and their loves), 14 grands (and their loves) + 29 great grands and counting..
I think they would be proud of their lovely bunch of coconuts and how we’ve kept the legacy alive threaded in our lives and family .
…
I continue to be reminded of how precious life in all the moments.

My dear friend dropped off these Star Magnolias at my office today. They are intoxicatingly fragrant and beautiful.
Just before she arrived, I had a client come in for a FLOWpresso. She was on her way to say her final goodbye to a friend who is terminally ill and preparing to cross over.

On my drive to the office, I noticed the osprey had returned to their local nests. They migrate south for the Winter.

Nature. The Great Mother. She knows. She trusts. She moves through her sacred 🌀 of life, death and rebirth in her rhythm.

The guide to Life is all around us and within us.

The dance with the embrace and the surrender in all of it.

And it all seemed timely with coming across an old quote I scribbled on a post-it tucked away in one of my notebooks. She slipped out this afternoon and I couldn’t help but laugh…

Oh, the sacred interconnectedness of this precious journey.

Yesterday’s Spring Equinox Flower Crown weaving with was sweet and sacred. There was no urgency felt to rush into this season of Spring.. and a few of us chuckled at ourselves with the words we chose in January to move into 2026..
Now humbled within the journey, we find ourselves adopting new ‘words’ to try out and embody this year. 🌼 March is a grand alchemist of the seasons.

A glimpse into last night’s Spring Equinox Pottery Ritual with .

Rachel and I have been collaborating on these gathering every Solstice & Equinox since December 2022. Each one has been so unique with the tapestry of the community who threads together.

The medley of working with our hands in creating a ceramic piece to connect with over the new season & ritual of an offering to honoring the ending ~ beginning of seasons is such medicine.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night 💛.
