Hello Community Members!

The Young Adult Survey is a periodic survey of young adults across Virginia designed to better understand behavioral health needs and experiences. The survey is led by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and
Developmental Services (DBHDS) in partnership with Omni Institute, a nonprofit organization that works closely with Community Services Boards (CSBs) and community coalitions statewide

The survey is open to young adults ages 18–25 and asks about topics such as substance use, mental
health, gambling, and other health-related behaviors. It takes about 15 minutes to complete!

This opportunity is for youth to create and implement strategies. There should be an adult sponsor or organization to manage the funds, but the ideas and planning are youth led and driven by the young people involved.

Applications will be received, reviewed and funded until the allotted amount is spent (no later than June 30, 2026).
